What is the Punanki Kids Clothing return policy?

All products to be returned must have been purchased on https://punanki.co.za/. With the exception of End of Range merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are for the client account.

How do I return a Punanki Kids Clothing purchase?

To return a product, you must first contact Punanki Kids Clothing by email at info@punanki.co.za to register a return.

Returns must include the customer order number and billing name.

May I return sales merchandise purchased from Punanki Kids Clothing?

Sale merchandise is included in our 14-day return policy with the exception of End of Range merchandise. End of Range merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, if there is no stains/damage and all original tags are attached, we will issue the refund within 7 business days.

Can I get a refund in a different payment method than used on my original order?

All refunds will be issued in the form of an EFT payment.

What if my product(s) received From Punanki Kids Clothing is damaged or incorrect?

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense, including the return shipping charges (by using Aramex) and the shipping charges of sending you the correct order.

How do I obtain another copy of my order invoice or return label?

If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing info@punanki.co.za. We will email you a new copy.
